Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

General-purpose industrial vacuum — oil-sealed and dry variants

Rotary vane pumps are the workhorse of industrial vacuum applications. Carbon or graphite vanes rotate within an eccentric rotor, compressing gas through decreasing cell volume. Available in oil-sealed (lubricated) and dry-running configurations.

Compressed Air Systems

Compressed Air Equipment

Dryers, filtration, compressors and piping specified together for ISO 8573-1 compliance — as individual components or complete systems.

Refrigerated & Desiccant Air Dryers

Moisture removal downstream of compressor to ISO 8573-1 quality classes

Compressed air dryers remove water vapour to prevent corrosion, contamination, and process failures. Refrigerated dryers cool air to precipitate moisture; desiccant dryers adsorb moisture onto a desiccant bed for lower dew points.

Refrigerated Dryer — PDP
+3°C pressure dew point (standard)
Desiccant Dryer — PDP
−20°C to −70°C pressure dew point
Desiccant Types
Heatless (purge), heated (internal/external), blower-purge (zero-loss)
Capacity Range
10 Nm³/hr to 10,000 Nm³/hr
Inlet Pressure
7 bar to 16 bar
ISO 8573-1 Class
Class 1–3 (moisture) achievable depending on dryer type

Typical Applications

  • Instrument air supply
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Food & beverage contact air
  • Painting & coating lines
  • Electronics assembly

Compressed Air Filtration

Oil, particulate, and odour removal to ISO 8573-1 purity classes

Filtration protects downstream equipment and ensures air quality compliance. We size filter trains based on the ISO 8573-1 air quality class required for the application, not a generic catalogue recommendation.

Pre-filter (General Purpose)
Removes particles ≥1 µm, oil aerosol ≤0.5 mg/m³
Coalescing Filter (High Efficiency)
Removes particles ≥0.01 µm, oil aerosol ≤0.01 mg/m³
Activated Carbon Filter
Oil vapour removal ≤0.003 mg/m³; odour removal
Particulate Filter
Sterile-grade: 0.01 µm absolute for pharma/food
Pressure Drop
<0.2 bar (clean element); replacement interval as per manufacturer
Brands
Summits Hygronics, Trident, Parker Hannifin (on request)

Typical Applications

  • Pharmaceutical (sterile air)
  • Food contact applications
  • Instrument air
  • Painting & finishing
  • General plant air protection

Screw & Oil-Free Compressors

Multi-brand supply and service — fixed speed and variable speed drive

We supply rotary screw compressors from multiple manufacturers and provide service support for Atlas Copco equipment. Selection is based on duty cycle, air quality requirements, energy efficiency targets, and site conditions.

Power Range
5 kW to 250 kW (larger on enquiry)
Output Pressure
7 bar / 10 bar / 13 bar standard; up to 40 bar on request
Drive Type
Fixed speed (DOL/star-delta) and variable speed drive (VSD)
Oil-Injected
Standard lubricated screw; ISO 8573-1 Class 1 with downstream filtration
Oil-Free
Class 0 oil-free (certified oil-free per ISO 8573-1) for pharma/food
Brands
Atlas Copco (service & supply), Summits Hygronics, Elgi, Trident

Typical Applications

  • General plant air supply
  • Pharma (oil-free requirement)
  • Food & beverage
  • Automotive assembly
  • Textile machinery

Compressed Air Piping & Installation

Turnkey loop piping for new installations and plant expansions

Correct piping design is as critical as correct equipment selection. Undersized or poorly designed distribution causes pressure drop, water carryover, and energy waste. We calculate pressure drop to specification and install using appropriate materials.

Aluminium Loop Piping
DN 15 to DN 200; push-fit modular system; low pressure drop
Stainless Steel Piping
SS 316L for pharma, food, and high-purity applications
GI / MS Piping
General industrial; hot-dip galvanised for corrosion resistance
Design Basis
Pressure drop <0.1 bar across distribution; velocity <6 m/s
Scope of Work
Pipe sizing, isometric drawing, supply, erection, pressure test, commissioning
Pressure Test
Pneumatic test at 1.1× working pressure per installation standard

Typical Applications

  • New plant compressed air network
  • Extension of existing distribution
  • Pharma cleanroom piping
  • Food plant stainless installation
  • Compressor room header replacement
